What we offer
Happy Day Christian provides year-round childcare preschool and kindergarten programs for children ages 2 ½ through Kindergarten.
Drop-in care and summer camp during school closures, holidays, and summer months is available to all kids age 2.5 through 12 with priority preference given to currently and previously enrolled families.

Early Preschool
Ages 2 ½ - 3 years
Happy Day welcomes all potty-trained early preschools for full day childcare. In addition to creative play, children will learn basic numbers, letters, shapes and color recognition. A consistent routine builds independence and prepares little ones for preschool.

Preschool
Age 4
A dynamic and nurturing preschool program incorporating play, literacy, number concepts, and biblically-based soft skill development like independence, character development, communication, and respect. Creative play, activities and teaching strategies keeps the day interesting and fun while directing kids toward a seamless transition into Kindergarten!

Kindergarten
Age 5
In a small classroom format, Kindergarteners learn to read (using phonics), basic addition and subtraction, counting, US currency values, and telling time on an analog clock. Additional skills, social studies, and science are introduced throughout the year. Because of our small class size, students receive ample 1:1 instruction and build close friendships with their peers. Teachers follow the highly-regarded Abeka curriculum.

Happy Day is open year-round, offering parents with coverage over most holidays, school closures, and summer breaks.
Only 8 school closure days in the year!
Early Pre-K, Preschool & Kindergarten classes are separated.
Ages 6-12 programming is combined.

Our Hours
The center is open Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5:30 PM. Within these hours, families are welcome to drop off and pick up as needed. All children are offered two snacks and a hot lunch daily at no extra charge.
Happy Day has an in-house cook who prepares healthy snacks and meals, which are included in the tuition.
The school has three generous outdoor play areas to keep kiddos of different ages and abilities moving throughout the day.
Happy Day is a faith based organization that welcomes any and all children and families regardless of belief; however, Biblical principles are taught throughout the day.
